The Boyfriend Agreement A Stand Alone YA Contemporary Romance St Mary Academy Book 1 eBook Seven Steps

This is the first book I have ever read by seven steps, and after reading more into the book, a bright light finally clicked on that the characters are inspired by Disney. I actually saw this recommendation on Booksprout, so I was not aware that these series are Disney inspired, so after I was done laughing at myself, I actually enjoyed reading her inspirations/characteristics of Disney.
So I'm moving on now... The main character is Bella who attends a prestigious high school, and is invisible to everyone expect her two best friend Ariel & jasmine, and Cole who she considers her arch nemesis as he is first in their class and likes to constantly reminder her about it. Cole is actually a triplet and has grabbed the attention of the wrong brother. Bella has been crushing on Cole's brother jake since freshman year the only problem is Jake does not know she exists. Bella is tried of being invisible, she wants to be popular and stop grabbing they attention of the wrong brother. An opportunity arises for Bella to have what she has been longing when jake offers her an agreement that she can't refuse. But Bella learns popularity is not what she though it would be, and maybe being invisible was not so bad after all.

Overall the book was an okay read there were parts that I enjoyed reading and had a laugh here and there. Bella however would frustrate me at times within the story and I think the only reason I was still continue to read what because of Cole and Bella interaction. I actually liked Cole better and enjoyed his banter with Bella. There is some topics that were brought to light in the storyline about fell short and potential for so much more within the stroryline. I am glad there was a happy ending and Cole and Bella had a happy ending. The book is set up to introduce the next book of A little mermaid inspired story, and well I'm a sucker for the little mermaid so I will most likely read her next book about Ariel and Eric.

The Boyfriend Agreement A Stand Alone YA Contemporary Romance St Mary Academy Book 1 eBook Seven Steps Reviews

This book isn't your typical high school romance. If you are looking for a story where lonely girl falls into popular boys lap and they live happily ever after, this isn't it. That being said this book was amazing. I stayed up till 2 in the morning so I could finish it. It's so different from all the other high school romance books, its refreshing. I have already pre ordered the next in this series!!
The story was cute and edgy. Did not expect it will end the way it did. The lead character was a bit whiny but she redeemed herself at the end.
I love love story books with teenagers. They take you back in time. This had some surprising adult themes but was still an excellent book. I can't wait to read the series.
I enjoyed this book it is book one in the St. Mary's Academy series. This is a really nice series for teen girls. I have read this as well as the second book Chasing mermaids. I look forward to reading more.
This was such a good book that really captured my attention and that I feel in love with as the story progressed. I highly recommend that you check it out yourself.
I really enjoyed this read. It is an extraordinary story, so no, it does not reflect real life. The main characters is not perfect. She screws up plenty. I think growing pains are allowed. I love fairy tales & retellings. I will definately read more in this series
This totally book totally brought back memories of high school of the popular crowd and just wanting to fit in. In some ways I could sympathize with Bella but there were times I just wanted to smack her. Some her choices were questionable at best.
